Aw, concealers. It’s a complete world all it’s own. We’re all looking for that perfect formula that will make our imperfections look like, well, perfection. I tested out 5 different concealers and here’s what I found.
*I should note that I primarily need concealer for dark circles so you know what area of my face I was testing these out on.*
The It Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer
Pros: It covers circles quite well and lasts pretty long.
Cons: It creases and has a sticky feel to it, making it a tad difficult to work with.
The Kat Von D Lock It Concealer
Pros: It’s packaged very pretty and has some use as a brightener.
Cons: It actually seemed to accentuate rather than conceal my dark circles. I can’t use it as a concealer but I do use it to brighten my inner corners and on my brow bone as a highlight.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer
Pros: It hides dark circles flawlessly and was the best of all those tested. It doesn’t crease and lasts for hours. It also delivers a bright radiance, as the name suggests.
Cons: It’s the most expensive of all those tested, at $29.
NYX Dark Circle Concealer
Pros: It covers dark circles pretty well. It’s peachy in tone so it seems more of a corrector than a concealer but that may vary according to your skin tone. It’s very affordable so if you’re on a budget then this’s the one to go for.
Cons: It can crease somewhat and may not last the entire day. It’s a bit ‘wet’ feeling but does a fairly good job, especially for the price.
Bobbi Brown Corrector
Pros: Covers circles well and is long lasting.
Cons: It lacks the radiance I was hoping for.
